We're Dalip & Michele and we've been working together on and off now for about 10 years - besides also being each other's best friend and life partner!
We've both love eating at new restaurants and old favorites as well as cooking up interesting meals at home. Taking foodie tours or a cooking class together in Hong Kong where we live or as we traveled around the world is another way we spend time together - anything to do with eating and learning a little something new!
Along the way, we've met new foodie friends and learned more about the fast evolving plant-based space. Michele's also taken a deep dive becoming a certified Nutrition Coach.
We wanted to create this space to reach more people who love food like we do, want to make better choices and seek to join us on Our Conscious Kitchen journey.
I love great tasting, healthy food and helping others enjoy it too!
I’m also a bit of a geek and a bookworm so I also love learning about how the things we eat correlate into the fuel our bodies need to thrive. Every day we make choices about what to eat, and we can consciously choose to eat both great tasting and healthy food.
I traded in a busy corporate career in the fashion industry to become involved in the plant-based movement and to help those same types of busy executives eat better. I'm a Green Revolution Food Fighter and I've learned that if we choose better quality foods, with more nutrients, we will feel more energetic and can even avoid and reverse some of the biggest health issues of our time.

Being the back-end guy, I manage all things technical, take care of legal and administrative stuff, plus being the Chief Tasting Officer, I am the 'official' guinea pig during Michele's recipe creation and testing.
My favorite things in life besides being healthy, are taking our Doberman dog, Kali, for her daily walks, working on my computer with music in the background and sharing my meals each day with Michele.
Our energetic yet affectionate and truly loyal Doberman girl !!
